Our vision: A performance-driven and sustainable approach

Originally from the Outaouais region, Alexandre Glazer developed a concrete understanding of the business world and the construction industry at an early age. With more than 20 years of experience, he has built expertise that relies both on solid hands-on experience and on a strategic vision for project management.

Solid foundations in the field

Alexandre's professional journey began in the field, where he spent several years doing manual work in workshops and on construction sites. This formative experience allowed him to gain in-depth knowledge of construction methods, operational realities, and the quality standards specific to the industry. Even today, this practical experience directly influences the way he approaches each project. It allows him to maintain a realistic view of the site, better anticipate challenges, and make decisions grounded in the realities of the field.

An evolution towards the project Management Over the past sixteen years, Alexandre has focused his career on construction project management, with a strong specialization in coordination and estimation. This progression has allowed him to develop solid expertise in strategic planning, cost control, schedule management, and coordination of the various stakeholders involved in a project's execution. A Dual Technical and Strategic

Competence

Graduated in architectural technology, Alexandre combines an in-depth technical understanding of building construction with a rigorous, structured, and methodical approach to project management. This dual competence enables him to accurately analyze plans and specifications, anticipate technical challenges, and optimize construction solutions from the earliest stages of a project.

Diverse Experience Throughout his career, Alexandre has contributed to the realization of numerous projects in the sectors commercial, institutional, and industrial. He has also participated in specialized assignments, notably in large-scale post-disaster work and high-end interior fittings. This diversity of experience allows him to work on varied projects while maintaining a high level of rigor, professionalism, and quality of execution. The birth of Glazer Construction
